Amazing idea

Really, isn't it about time?
Have you seen these things?
The last package of maxi pads I bought had one wee package
of these wipes attached to each pad.
We need to clean up too.

Amazing idea! Wouldn't you agree?

I thought that these things always existed, until I read the instructions. Thank you Always, you just made some of our lives a little more easy.

what is a M.o.t.???

Mother of three? mother of two? mother of twins?

I haven't had to use them for a while.

Arrrgggghhhh - I'm over the Always phase of my life, but I have to protest the sudden influx of "wipes" for everything under the sun. Baby wipes are still the cheapest things going and just because Always attaches their name to them doesn't mean they're worth 5x as much. I'm just sayin'...

AMP - yes, aren't us girls so darn lucky to have stuff like this. yeee!

JEREMY - well it actually means mother of twins but could mean mother on trial too. thanks for the visit!

TEENA - lucky you!

XUP - lucky you too !!! i love them...

smart? yes. ridiculously expensive? yes.

i buy the no name brand flushable wipes for Speedy. they are like 399 for 2 50 pack refill things.

she uses them for her butt and i use them when need be.

if you look at a pack of always clean vs. reg always they are the same price but the amount of pads is actually less in the clean ones. that is how you pay for the wipe

raino said...

JOB - wow, you really notice prices! i was, lets just say i was caught off guard and just bought the first package that i saw

Hyphen Mama said...

I've never used those. I just steal the wipes from the kids. I guess that won't work when away from home. Good thing I never leave home.

i always carried baby wipes for that reason.

having the delight of being spayed for 18 years now, i still endorse the inclusion of these little wipes.

'about time.

Tucks (y'know, the bum pads?) work well when you're 'not-so-fresh-feeling.'

I can't believe I'm the first one to make that joke!!!

Thanks for de-lurking!

raino said...

HYPHEN - i find them extremely handy. i have been known to use some baby wipes from time to time. i always bring a pack when we go camping.

QUIN - spayed ! that's funny quin. very funny,

DGB - what the heck are tucks?! having a blond moment - i'm not getting the tucks joke. explain it to me and i bet i laugh.

I'm sort of ashamed to admit that I think it's a brilliant idea.

Thank you for all of your visits to my blog and your wonderful comments.

They have meant a lot to me.

I was going to weigh in on this and then decided it was too much information. But FYI the Preparation H wipes are just witch hazel and good for everything. Or so I've heard.

Ms. Porter said...

I don't use them nor do I use the dreaded pad or tampon....seriously, I am into the DivaCup now and I will never ever go back. It's so much better.....
PS-Thank you for hooking me up again, sheesh!

melanie said...

I've never even thought of using wipes. I have to say I am with Ms. Porter and use the Diva Cup or similar things during that time of month when I can - the overpackaging of everything really gets to me.

That being said, I suppose if I needed to use wipes I could steal some from my daughter. :)

raino said...

GEE - hope i never need to go anywhere near anything with 'preparation h' on it.

PORTER - geesh. i'm getting really jealous with all these folks that no longer need such a thing. glad you are back!

MEL - another diva cup! good grief .... jealous.
